› The money-back guarantee applies only to dietary supplements. All other products in our shop are excluded.

› If you have purchased a package of a dietary supplement and are now returning it, the contents must not have been completely used up.

› If you return multiple packages of a dietary supplement, only one package may be opened; the other packages must be unopened.

› We will refund your purchase price using the payment method you used to make the purchase in our shop.

› We cannot refund the costs of return shipping.

› The money-back guarantee can only be applied once per customer per product.

› The 14-day right of withdrawal by law remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee. In addition, statutory warranty rights due to defects apply.
